Method and sources
The math uses only the numbers you enter. Nothing is prefilled with market averages.
- No-shows: monthly revenue × your no-show rate × the share of tables that cannot be resold at the last minute. That share is our assumption: 50% for the low end, 80% for the high end.
- Unanswered reviews: between 4% and 8% of monthly revenue, in proportion to the share of reviews left unanswered. These percentages are our assumption, to be adjusted with you.
- Empty covers: the number you enter × services × average spend × days open. No assumption.
- Admin: flat $165 a month, $330 if you run more than one service a day.
