The organizen.ai website, the free audit offered there, our automation services, and our internal social media publishing tool, including its connection to the YouTube channels you authorize us to manage.
The questionnaire produces an estimate, calculated from your answers and market averages. It is neither an accounting audit nor a promise of results. The amounts displayed depend entirely on the accuracy of your answers. The audit is free and commits you to nothing.
Prices displayed on the site are shown including tax (20% VAT included) and may change. The price that applies is the one on the quote you accepted. Each service is covered by a written quote specifying the scope, the timeline, and the price. Unless the quote states otherwise, our subscriptions have no minimum term and can be canceled at the end of the current month. For Business AI, paying for the installation in 3 or 23 installments only spreads its price: it does not commit you to the monthly usage fees. The details of support (response times, refusals, limits of liability) are set out in our support terms.
We use the means necessary for the proper performance of the service. We do not guarantee revenue, a number of customers, or a ranking: these results depend on factors we do not control.
When you authorize us to publish to a YouTube channel or another account, you declare that you are its holder or are entitled to entrust its management to us.

The texts, visuals, trademarks, and code of the site belong to SASU Organizen. Reuse of our editorial content is permitted with credit to the source and a link to organizen.ai. Deliverables we produce for a client belong to the client once the service has been paid for.
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for any unavailability caused by a hosting provider, a third-party platform, or a case of force majeure. Our liability, if incurred, is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service concerned over the last twelve months. Nothing here limits a liability that French law prohibits limiting.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing you, except in a security emergency.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution: write to contact@organizen.ai. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those with jurisdiction over the registered office, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise for a consumer.
These terms govern organizen.ai, our free audit, our automation services, and our publishing tool’s connection to the YouTube channels you authorise us to manage. The free audit produces an estimate, not a guarantee. The applicable price is the one on the quote you accepted. By connecting an account you confirm you own it or are entitled to manage it; you may revoke that access at any time from your Google account. Content you publish remains yours and remains your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service concerned over the previous twelve months. French law applies.
