Carte de fidélité WhatsAppFood shops · WhatsApp loyalty card

Customers not coming back often enough? Give them a loyalty card on WhatsApp.

Points on every purchase, a reward at the end, and a message to your regulars when you have something to tell them. No app, for you or for them. We set it all up: you just write a message.

We show you the card for real, on your own phone. No commitment.

The problem

You never see a customer leave for good

They came twice a week. Then once. Then not at all. You have neither their name nor their number, so you cannot tell them about today's tart, Friday's delivery or the batch still on the shelf.

And at closing time, whatever did not sell goes in the trash, or gets marked down the next day, less fresh.

What it costs you

Run the numbers with your own figures

Example: replace with your own numbers

These are not results. They are assumptions, written out so you can swap in your own.

≈ $690
a year for one lost regular who spent $6.60 twice a week.
≈ $370
a month of baguettes thrown away, if 10 out of 100 are left each night ($1.43 each, 26 days open).
  • Regular: $6.60 × 2 visits × 52 weeks = $686.
  • Leftovers: 10 baguettes × $1.43 = $14.30 a day, × 26 days = $372. Baguettes only: pastries weigh more.

On the call, we redo this math with your average ticket and your real leftovers.

How it works

Three steps, only one of them yours

  1. The customer scans the QR code on your counter. WhatsApp opens on its own.
  2. They reply YES. They are in: they earn points on every purchase and can check their balance any time.
  3. You write a WhatsApp message to your regulars (an offer, a delivery, a dish of the day). You see the exact copy and the number of recipients before anything goes out.
What the customer sees

The real messages from our demo

These are the texts our bot actually sends, for a fictional restaurant, "Le Bistrot Numérique". The bot speaks French only (our customers are in France); a translation follows. Only the ticket amount, the reward code and the number of customers are examples.

Do you want to join and get its offers here (2 a month max)? Reply YES or NO. STOP any time." Then: "Done! You earn 10 Yums per euro." Shop owner side

ENVOYER 37

Translation: the owner writes "PROMO ABSENTS Come see us this week: free coffee with your dessert." The bot shows the exact message customers will get, the number of recipients (only those who said YES, did not reply STOP, and have not been seen for 30 days), and waits for "SEND 37".

Yums is the name of the points. The demo is a restaurant: for a shop, we set the reward, the threshold and your wording with you before going live. Try the demo on WhatsApp (you play the customer, in French, two minutes).

Who it is for

Every trade that sells fresh food

Bakery, pastry shop

The morning customer comes back for the Sunday cake. And your stamp card carries over in one message.

Caterer, deli, butcher

Dish of the day, meat boxes, holiday orders: your regulars hear it on WhatsApp, not on a poster they no longer see.

Greengrocer, cheese shop

Friday's delivery, ripe fruit to move before tomorrow: one message, and everyone who said yes knows.

Fast food, kebab, pizza

Points that bring people back at lunch. And, opening soon, the alert when the spit or the day's dough will not be finished.

Restaurant

The case of our demo: points on the bill, a dessert at the threshold, a message to customers you have not seen in a month.

Other trades

Florist, wine shop, hairdresser: any stamp card can move to WhatsApp, with a record of your customers.

Simple, really

What you do, what we do

You

  • Put the QR code sign on your counter.
  • When you have something to say, write one WhatsApp message, then SEND.
  • That is all.

Us

  • We set up your card: points, threshold, reward.
  • We prepare the QR code and the counter sign, ready to print.
  • We show you how it works on your own phone.
  • We watch the sends: above 5% STOP replies, everything stops on its own and we tell you.
Who is behind it

A person, a company, an address

FAQ

The questions we actually get

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code, WhatsApp opens, they reply YES. No card to keep, no account to create.

I am not comfortable with tech. Is this for me?

Yes. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can do everything. Settings, QR code and counter sign are on us.

Will I annoy my customers?

No. Only those who said YES get your offers: one campaign a week at most, two offers a month per customer, between 10 am and 8 pm. STOP ends them, and sending stops on its own if STOP replies go above 5%.

I already have a stamp card. Do my customers lose their stamps?

No. You write REPRISE, the number of stamps and the customer's number: the stamps become points, once per customer.

How are points counted?

The customer sends a photo of the receipt, or you write AJOUTER with the amount and their number. Receipt reading was tested on restaurant receipts: for your shop, we check it with your receipts before going live.

Does the end-of-day leftovers alert work yet?

Not yet. The loyalty card and offers work today. The end-of-day alert is opening with a few pilot shops: it will ask your customers for a separate consent and use hours set for your trade.
